Q: Why don’t you offer a quick wash?

A: If I offered a quick wash I would be compromising on the end result. I have chosen quality over speed for my washes. Quick washes often miss areas to reduce the time. Offering a ‘basic vacuum’ or ‘basic clean’ will likely leave you disappointed with the end result.

Q: How do I book?

A: The easiest and fasted way to book is by calling me or sending me a message via email or the contact me page on my website. For deep cleans I take a £50 deposit to book a clean, if you are on the maintenance wash plan payment is taken after the clean.

Q: Can I speak to someone?

A: Yes, you can. You can call me on 07920 487114. If I do not answer I will call you back in between cleans. I do not like answering the phone at clients houses while cleaning their car.

Q: Can I change services in your packages.

A: Absolutely, I know that its not one package fits all. I have listed the most popular packages people book. If you require something different, I can look at your photos and discuss your options with you.

Q: I don’t have access to water, is this a problem.

A: Not at all. I carry smart water on the van.

Q: My car is in a car park with no power, is this a problem.

A: No, I will use my generator to carry out your clean (but please advise me before you book)

Q: What us the maintenance plan?

A: This is a regular wash at a discounted price to keep your car looking and feeling clean. You must have either a Gold or Ultimate wash within 6 weeks of your first maintenance wash.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept Bank transfer/card or cash when the chosen service is completed.

Q: What products do you use.

A: I use a few different brands of products picking the best from each. I use Autoglym, Autobrite direct and Gtechniq. I regularly try different products on my vehicles to ensure you get the best results.

Q: What do I do if I don’t know what package or service to choose.

A: Do not worry. This is common, you could send me some photos and see what is needed to get you the best results.
