The day before your appointment
Confirmation: I will send you a reminder via text the day before to confirm your appointment time.
Preparation: Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and that any personal belongings are removed from the interior.
On Arrival:
On-Time Service: I will arrive at your specified location on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and products.
Introduction: I will introduce myself and discuss the specific services you have chosen, ensuring I meet your expectations.
Valeting Process:
Inspection: I will perform a quick inspection of your vehicle to identify any areas that may need special attention (photos taken)
Exterior Cleaning: I will carry out the chosen service, taking care to remove dirt, grime, and contaminants.
Interior Cleaning: I will vacuum the interior, clean surfaces, and treat upholstery or leather depending on the chosen service. Any special requests will be taken into account.
Final Touches: After cleaning, I will apply finishing touches, such as tyre shine and glass cleaning, to leave your vehicle looking immaculate.
During the Service:
Communication: Feel free to ask questions or discuss any concerns while I work.
Duration: The length of service will vary based on the package you’ve chosen and the condition of your vehicle, but we’ll keep you updated on our progress.
Completion:
Walk through: Once I have finished, I will do a walk through with you to ensure you are happy with the results.
Feedback: I value your feedback! Let me know how I did and if there’s anything I can improve.
